It was stated that the houses that the corporation has built in a short time and quickly with the treasury budget at the German site are a model for others.

Head of the Addis Ababa Housing Development and Administration Bureau, Honorable Ms. St. George, said that projects should be managed with strict discipline during a two-month and 15-day special plan performance review and field observation of projects held with the leaders of the Housing Development Corporation's headquarters and branches at the German site this morning.

The head of the department, on the other hand, said that by conducting our on-site evaluation of the works and by providing close support and supervision to the projects we completed in a short time, today's discussion and evaluation are not only an indication that we can effectively carry out the multifaceted tasks that await us for the next 2018 fiscal year, but also can be taken as an experience for other projects.

The Director General of the Housing Development Corporation, Mr. Thomas Debele, on his part, said that the corporation will be given great attention by the city administration from the first fiscal year of 2018, and that the site discussion and physical visit we conducted outside of the usual time will serve as a springboard for our future work.

The leaders of the central and branch offices who participated in the visit and discussion on the day said that not only did we gain experience by being on site and observing the way the project was managed, but also that holding our discussion in a different way from what we have been doing so far, where the works are located, allowed us to do our assessment in person, not just on paper.

Finally, the discussion concluded by summarizing the work of existing projects in a short period of time and setting a work direction for the new constructions to be prepared for the next 2018 budget year.
